Multipurpose Track Complex KPU-1

The KPU-1 Multipurpose Track Complex is intended for mechanization of works during restoration, construction, repair, and day-to-day maintenance of railway tracks (including singleand multi-track lines, and station tracks). The machine may be used on rail systems with various types of rails laid on reinforced concrete or wooden sleepers, with all types of rail fastenings, and all types of ballast.

The complex consists of two autonomous front-end loaders with buckets. It is a road-rail vehicle with interchangeable equipment that could be directly mounted on it.
