MKT-1P Trench-cutting machine
The MKT-1P Trench - cutting machine is specifically designed to rehabilitate track shoulders, to clean and widen the existing side ditches, to dig new trench- es, and to shape inner and outer slopes.
The contaminated ballast exca- vated from under the sleeper butts are loaded either in the muck disposal train (SZ type) standing on the same track, or into the cars of the train on the adjacent track.
